musty odorthin towels
The bathroom was really not up to par. It had a certain musty odor that wasn't exactly inviting. i think they could do with some improvements in there. Maybe new fixtures or a better cleaning routine. also, the towels felt a bit thin and scratchy. I would have appreciated something a bit plusher, really! those small details do matter, you know.

i found the staff caring and friendly they always strived to enhance my comfort there was also proper room service and swift responses the front desk and porter persons are so friendly i felt really welcomed upon arrival thanks to the staff's great attitude.
the air conditioning location isn't optimal it could be positioned better for improved circulation throughout the room.
